Homemade BBQ sauce

Some days, you are struck with light bulb moments. There is this rush of ‘I know what to do’ kind of a feeling, and you seem to get empowered by an unseen force to make it happen.

My younger son loves BBQ sauces. He loves them on chicken, fish, and pizza. Especially pizza. So when I started to make ribs and realized I am out of BBQ sauce, and had little energy to get dressed to go buy a bottle of BBQ sauce from a store, I suddenly had this one light bulb moment.

It helps if you already know the basic sauce ingredients and have a smart phone, so you can make sure you are not adding something totally weird.
